iLab has extensive experience integrating with institutional financial and HR systems, including PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, and Lawson. The objectives of this integration include allowing a unified user directory and single sign-on; automatic funding code validation in iLab; and automatic export of journal entry charges from iLab to the financial system.

In addition, iLab can also integrate with specialized software systems in individual cores. This integration can include importing usage logs from equipment. This core-level integration allows cores to take advantage of the iLab system while maintaining the benefits of past technological investments.
