The iLab service was developed in partnership with scientists at leading NIH-funded research hospitals and universities. The service is used at a lab, department, and institution level at hospitals and universities across North America, including six of the 25 largest recipients of NIH funding. In user surveys, 90% of users describe themselves as very satisfied or satisfied, versus 2% unsatisfied.
